If you have a specific stylist(s) you would like to work with on your wedding day, please make sure to let us know! We will do our absolute best to make sure they’re booked with you for the big day! For larger wedding parties, we may bring up to 2-3 stylists.

Bridal Trial
Price is due at the time of service. This is a separate service prior to your wedding day.

Any family or friends wanting their hair styled on the day-of; these attendants will be scheduled upon finishing the bridal party.

We receive many inquiries throughout the year and dates do fill up quickly. Therefore, we require an $60 non-refundable booking fee along with this signed service contract. The booking fee, travel fee, contract, & credit card on file are due in order to hold the spot and book your wedding date.

You may cancel this contract at any time up to 4 weeks before the date of the wedding/service and only lose the deposit and any non-refundable travel fees (i.e flights or hotel bookings). If you cancel within 4 weeks of the wedding, you will be charged 25% of the quoted rate. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the wedding date, you will be charged 50% of the quoted rate. If you cancel within 48 hrs prior to the event date, you will be charged 100% of the quoted rate. The credit card on file will be charged if there are any cancellations.

Payment for all the services provided will be charged to the credit card on file on the day of the service. This also includes any cancellations.

Wedding hair locations not at Indie Mane Salon are subject to travel fees. Travel fees start at $40. Travels are determined by the number of Stylists traveling to the wedding and the distance of the wedding location from Indie Mane Salon. The travel fee will be quoted when the destination and number of stylists needed are finalized. Travel fees must be paid with the deposit.
There is a minimum of 3 people needing styles for us to travel. If it’s less than 3 people you must book with stylists here at the salon for the wedding day.

Any arrival times before 9 AM must be approved by Indie Mane Salon.

2 weeks prior to the wedding, we will send out a hair schedule with time slots for all persons who are getting their hair done. This form must be sent to Indie Mane Salon at least one week before the wedding date. Please do not tamper or mess with our sent schedule. Simply email or call if any changes are to be made.

Our stylists usually take about 45 minutes per updo and/or down style. The size of the bridal party, how many stylists there are, and hair add-ons also have a factor in the timing as well! This will be more in-depth discussed with your personal wedding.

Of course! We love having bridal parties here in our space but we do mainly travel! Our space is set up for you to hang out & take pictures, natural light space for makeup artists, an outdoor patio, and of course all the stations to get your hair done! Unfortunately, we do not book out the “entire” salon so other clients may be in the space.

For best results, we prefer that you come in with 1-day old hair. This will help with the longevity and hold of the style. Now we do know the bride likes to shower the day of the wedding. Just be sure to have DRY hair!

We will have the bride, bridesmaids, attendants, etc scheduled on your big day. If you have a makeup artist, this will allow us all to work effectively. This timeline is sent out about 2 weeks before the big day.

We recommend that you book your wedding hair trial at a MINIMUM of 2 weeks before your wedding date. You’re more than welcome to schedule it further out before that! Most brides love to book it the day of their dress fitting!

You’re more than welcome to bring people to your trial! We do like to keep it at a minimum of 1-2 people.

Your bridesmaid’s hair should not outshine yours, but at the same time, you want it to complement a number of things- your hair, your dress, & their dresses. If you want a more elaborate hairstyle, why not make your bridesmaids more elegant and simple! Also, vice versa, if you have more of an elegant hairstyle, maybe a more extravagant hairstyle for the bridesmaids. We will love whatever YOU choose.
